Open-plan apartment under the rocks ,which was build 200 years ago which have been renovated in 2010.
It has been carved out of the mountain side so it is very cool in the summer as well as creating a unique atmosphere.

From the entrance courtyard, a short flight of steps leads down to the Earthhouse .
You walk into the living/dining space with open plan steps to a raised double bedroom area at the back of the room. One of the sofas in the living area is a full-sized single bed. So the Studio can comfortably sleep 3 people.
To the side of the Earthhouse living space, there is a fully equipped kitchen with marble sink, larder fridge/freezer, electric oven and four ring hob. The kitchen has a filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery, cutlery, saucepans and glassware.
The Earthhouse is subterranean and is the oldest part of the house. Much of the character has been retained during refurbishment (2015). For example, the shower room has been hewn from the 'living rock' and while the rocks have been painted, it still feels like you are standing in a waterfall!
The Studio has air-conditioning as well as free-standing fans, fly-screens to the door and kitchen window, a TV, WiFi access, iron, board & airer and a hair-dryer.
There is a small outside entrance area with a large brick built BBQ which is available exclusively to the Earthhouse.
